Aparna Rajesh is a dynamic HR practitioner with extensive experience in transformational leadership. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Aparna is currently the HR Director UAE & Oman and the Head of Compensation and Benefits EMEA within Holcim Group.
Over the past 15 years here she has become critical to the professional and personal successes of the team. She not only leads the HR function across UAE and Oman but also has a strong impact on Security, Sustainability, IT, H&S, Internal Communication, and Business Resilience.
Along with multiple certifications in business continuity and sustainability, organizational and people analytics, Aparna also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Global Professional in HR diploma. Moreover, Aparna goes above and beyond to help the global professional community in C&B (case study and presentation of “COVID Pandemic Impact on Employee Benefits”), is part of the Leadership Et Humanite mentorship program and for the past 10 years has led a charity organization in India.
